Day 18

Today felt rather difficult.I found myself pretty ineffective in terms of work. struggling to focus and find a rhythm. I decided to carry on sorting through my files/Dropbox/folder to make sure that things were tidy next week.

Positives: still keeping up with exercise and violin and coloring. Also had a bit of a chat with @aardnebby.lj about what we were thinking of doing this weekend, including dropping off chocolates to childminders along with Easter cards. The kids also enjoyed playing in the paddling pool this afternoon, and it madethe day a bit easier.
Executive function is short right now, between the "going to one part of the house and forgetting why I got there" to struggling to prioritise tasks and activities and ideas.
