Day 22

Today is going to be a day of counting blessings:

• I have been made party to one very exciting secret, which I can't wait to be able to share
• I have been made party to one rather scary secret which then turned out to be nothing, which made me glad to be able to share it later with @aardnebby.lj, knowing that the person in question was happy for me to mention it to him, and knowing that he would be happy for them
• I have been able to talk to family members I'm not always in contact with extensively, and felt that we hadn't drifted apart quite yet
• I have been able to talk to family members I'm usually in contact with, and felt that we were still enjoying and sharing things that made us happy together.
• I've managed to keep my resolution to play violin regularly
• I've managed to keep my resolution to exercise regularly
• I've taken some time off from work over Easter Weekend.
• @aardnebby.lj and I have watched movies we wanted to see together.
• I've managed to keep up with my resolution to Access more Art, mostly opera and ballet, and am going to look into virtual musem visits next week.
• I've cooked and baked dishes I'd not made before, and enjoyed the challenge without feeling overly stressed about it.
• I have lots of tasty chocolate in the cupboard, since @aardnebby.lj went shopping and the Easter treats were discounted.
• I've felt like C and S are not necessarily suffering from the confinement. They're not seeing as much of the world and of the people they love as I'd like, but they seem fine for now.
• I've found some fun science experiments to do with C and S.
• Crowdsourcing learning seems to be working so far, from yoga and virtual experiences of Curiosity Rover's time on Mars to scavenger hunts and painting... sharing is definitely caring, and I'm trying to do my part in that.
• So far, we seem to all be in good health
