Today's highlight was the long discussion aardnebby and I had in the evening about boundaries, communication, stress, work, letting go... And I've enjoyed cooking and baking with the children too.
So out with "PE with Joe" and in with "Cosmic Kids Yoga". The videos are short, varied, and manageable for now, and the voice is soothing enough that I don't mind listening to it for up to half an hour. ( Read more... )
